Understanding Card Values In Blackjack
In blackjack, every card between 2 and 10 always counts as its face value. For example, drawing a three will all the time add +3 to your hand whole, no matter the circumstances. Moreover, most blackjack tables have a vendor rule for hitting/standing on gentle 17 and hard 17 hand totals. The dealer rule means that the vendor should stand when they reach delicate 17 total or higher, or they want to stand on all 17 (both hard and soft). Soft hands in blackjack are all arms with one Ace valued as eleven.
